As you are aware, it involves time, money and energy for employers to recruit suitable candidates through advertisements. Once you engage us as your retainer, all you have to do is to spell your requirements and specifications and we would do the rest.
On receiving your requirements, we will have detailed discussion with you to understand the organization structure, job profile, the type of person you have in mind and the salary package offered. We then carry out the preliminary interview & send those candidates who suit your job profile.
Terms & Conditions:
We would charge 8.33% of the Annual Gross Salary (CTC) of the candidates placed through us. The charges are desired to be paid by Client Company within a fortnight of the candidate joining the organization.
In case the selected candidates leave your organization on his own accord within 90 days of joining the services of the organization, we will provide you free replacements for the said position. However if you terminate his / her services in the above said period, we are not responsible for the replacement.
Client has to inform us about the candidates resignation within 48 Hours of receiving the notice.
Travel expenses of outstation candidates called for interviews at the client’s office should be reimbursed by the client, mode of Transport must be confirmed before scheduling an interview.
In case the resumes sent by us are already in Client’s databank, the Client will immediately intimate about the same, otherwise in the event of selection of said candidate, the placement charges will be payable.
Any candidate selected for a position other than he/she is referred or appointed in any other sister/group company of the client will be deemed as our placement.
In case of any candidate referred by us & within 12 months of said introduction is appointed for same / other positions will be considered as our placement and charges for the same must be paid by client.
All information regarding selection process and offer made to candidates should be communicated to us from time to time.
Employer shall notify us immediately on the engagement of any candidate introduced by us.
Copy of Offer / Appointment Letter, when issued to a candidate will also be provided to us for the purpose of Billing.
A detailed reference & background check (Educational, Residential Address, Work Experience, etc.) will be the responsibility of the Employer, which has to be done by the employer prior to issuance of Offer / Appointment Letter.
We are not responsible for any misled criminal or misconduct records or acts of the candidates selected / referred by us & we are not responsible for any legal dispute between the company and the candidate.
Employer will ensure that the information is not misused and all information for rejected candidates in Physical and digital form (Including emails) is destroyed.
We will withdraw from the assignment if a client gives false information to candidates or misled them.
Any changes to the above terms shall be in writing.
The final selection of the candidates will be done by Employer.
